Kalank teaser establishes characters amid intense dialogues - A must watch

Mumbai : Karan Johar's upcoming movie Kalank teaser has been released, the short clip introduces characters amid intense dialogues.

The teaser starts with a dialogue, "Kuch rishtey karj ki tarah hote hai jihne nibhana nahi chukana padta hai (Some relations are like debt which you need to repay)."

Continuing further, the teaser gives a glimpse of all the lead characters in the movie. It features Alia Bhatt as the royal Roop and Varun Dhawan as the handsome blacksmith Zafar, Madhuri Dixit as Bahaar Begum, Sanjay Dutt as Balraj Choudhary; Sonakshi Sinha and Aditya Roy Kapur seems to be a couple. 

The teaser then ends with a dialogue - “Jab Kisi Aur Ki Barbaadi Apni Jeet Jaisi Lage Toh Humse Zada Barbaad Koi Aur Nahi Hai Is Duniya Me.”

While the man is suave and ready to fight to safeguard his family, the woman is an epitome of emotions and sacrifice. Together, these splendid characters paint the canvas of Kalank with red – a colour of blood and love.

The film, set in the India- Pakistan partition era, is directed by Abhishek Varman and the teaser showcases an appealing film in all its scenes. We can’t wait for the trailer now! Kalank releases on April 17.
