Kangana Ranaut owns Manali bungalow at staggering price of Rs 30 crore

Manali : Actress Kangana Ranaut's newsly constructed bungalow in her hometown Manali has been catching all the attention for its staggering price tag of Rs 30 crores. The beautiful palatial abode is an eight-bedroom house. The bungalow nestled amidst the nature of Manali is soothing to one's eyes.

As revealed in a DNA report, the bungalow has been constructed in nearly four years to cater the needs of national-award winning actress Kangana Ranaut.

The actress had purchased the property for Rs 10 crores after tasting success in the movie Queen.

A source told the daily, "It's an eight-bedroom house with all the windows opening to a view of the mountains. Each room has a step-out balcony. There is a rooftop glass conservatory so that there is ample sunlight during the winters. Kangana has been making regular visits to her hometown to check on the progress of the place. She just got back from Manali two days ago in time for the shoot of a reality show."

In the report it is mentioned that reconstruction of the whole site costed Kangana Ranaut nearly 20 crores, taking the complete cost of the house to Rs 30 crores.

On the work front, Kangana Ranaut will resume shooting for her upcoming movie 'Manikarnika - The Queen Of Jhansi' in Rajasthan later this month.
