Karan Johar breaks hearts with this announcement

Mumbai : Apart from being a favourite director among youth, Karan Johar is famous for his show 'Koffee with Karan'. He made an announcement today which has broken many hearts, who were eagerly waiting for the seventh season of his show.

The director, who is fondly called KJo, said that they are not coming with the seventh season of the show; the show has been a part of his life and the decision is very emotional for him and his team.

Karan Johar's statement read: "Hello, Koffee With Karan has been a part of my life, and yours, for 6 seasons now. I’d like to think we’ve made an impact and even found our place in pop culture history. And so, it is with a heavy heart that I announce that Koffee With Karan will not be returning… (sic)."

Both his guests and fans were disappointed to hear the decision. Actress Bhumi Pednekar commented with a heartbreak emoji.

Karan Johar has hosted the six seasons of the show, the first season of the show was telecasted in 2004. Famous Bollywood celebrities are interviewed on the show.
