Katrina Kaif to team up with Ishaan Khattar and Siddhant Chaturvedi for an action movie

New Delhi : Actress Katrina Kaif has not made any official announcement about she taking up new project after Sooryavanshi; but a recent report has claimed that she will be doing an action-adventure film by Excel Entertainment, that’s owned by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani. According to the report, the film is yet to be titled but will be made on a high budget and will be comprising some breath-taking action sequences.

As per a report in Mid-Day, Katrina will be teaming up with newbies Ishaan Khatter and Siddhant Chaturvedi for the film. Both Ishaan and Siddhanth have emerged as promising newcomers after their performances in films Beyond The Clouds (2018) and Gully Boy (2018), respectively.

For the long time, Excel had been looking for an action movie under their banner that will be made as per Hollywood standards and Katrina is said to have fit on the needed character perfectly. Katrina’s previous outing with the production house – Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara (2011) is considered one of her most memorable films.

A source close to the production house told the media outlet that Katrina Kaif has not signed the movie yet, but she will be doing the formalities soon.

“The movie is heavy on action and will see Katrina drive the proceedings. Like the studio’s other productions, this film is high on concept and mounted on a big budget. The actor is busy with the Sooryavanshi shoot and will zero in on her next only after the film has been wrapped up,” the source said.
