Mahesh Bhatt trolled, compared with Anup Jalota

New Delhi : Bollywood director, Mahesh Bhatt seemed happy while celebrating his 70th birthday. But, his happy moments took a setback when Rhea Chakraborty shares a photo of the filmmaker. While a few gave no reactions, many people over-reacted and compared the director to Anup Jalota.

Sharing a series of pictures with Mahesh Bhatt, Rhea wrote, "Happy birthday to my Buddha. Sir, this is us - you held me with love, you showed me love, and you have unclipped my wings forever, you are the 'heart hitting' fire that ignites every soul it comes by! Words fail me I love you. (sic)"

The post grabbed the attention of trolls, who asked, if the 26-year-old actress is having an "affair" with 70-year-old filmmaker. Also, many compared them to Jasleen Matharu and Anup Jalota. 

'Bhajan King' Anup Jalota dropped a bombshell during the grand premiere of Bigg Boss 12 when he announced that he had been in a relationship with Jasleen Matharu, who is 37 years younger than him, for over three years now.

On work front, Mahesh Bhatt announced his comeback as a director for Sadak 2. His upcoming film will cast his daughters Alia Bhatt and Pooja Bhatt with Sanjay Dutt. 

Talking about Rhea Chakraborty, she will be seen next on the silver screen in Pushpdeep Bhardwaj's Jalebi opposite newcomer Varun Mitra. The love story, which is being produced by Mahesh Bhatt's banner Vishesh Films, is scheduled to be released on October 12.
