Nayanthara's Rs 3 crore in 50 seconds makes her highest paid South actress

New Delhi : Nayanthara has become the highest paid Southern actress with a 50-second ad shoot she did for Tata Sky. She has been paid nothing less than Rs 3 crores for featuring in the ad.

The new Tata Sky commercial was shot for two days and has been released in four languages - Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada.

On the work front, the actress is currently shooting for multiple films like Imaikka Nodigal, Aramm and Kolayuthir Kaalam.

She recently signed a dark comedy titled Co Co, to be directed by debutant Nelson Dilip Kumar and bankrolled by Lyca Productions.
