New Delhi : Bollywood actor Sara Ali Khan prefers to be a part of good movie rather than focusing on how much screen time she is getting in comparison to her co-stars.

The 25-year-old actress will be seen in the upcoming movie Coolie No. 1, opposite Varun Dhawan. She spoke about her experience of doing a full-time comedy movie to news agency PTI. She specifically mentioned that she does not compare herself with her co-stars.

“When you’re working with people like Ranveer and Varun, aapki aukat nahin hoti (you are not in a position) to make such comparisons. You’re just thankful that people like Rohit, David sir, Ranveer or Varun are working with you. You just don’t want to compare these things.

“Screen time doesn’t matter because these people teach and inspire you so much. You are narrating a good story, entertaining people, so who cracked which joke is a battle I don’t want to get into,” she told PTI in an interview.

The makers of Coolie No. 1 recently released trailer of their upcoming movie that has been scheduled to release on December 25 on Amazon Prime.

Talking about the release of Coolie No 1 on the streamer, the actor said catching the film on a digital platform like Amazon is the “safest way” to watch a movie amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. “When I see songs of the film, I feel this is a theatrical film, which means that you want everyone to watch the film together and have this collective viewing experience.

“The safest way to do that today is to watch films at home. I don’t want grandmothers or young children to miss out on watching the film, or have a fifty per cent occupancy (at a theatre). There’s nothing better than sitting at home on Christmas with your family and enjoying the film,” she added.
