Pankaj Tripathi begins shooting for Main Atal Hoon, shares pictures on social media

New Delhi : Pankaj Tripathi, who won hearts with his first look as Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee ji in the upcoming biopic 'Main ATAL Hoon', has announced the commencement of the film's shoot. The makers have also confirmed the news, revealing that the shoot will take place in Mumbai and Lucknow, covering different parts of the country over a long schedule of 45 days. 

The movie will portray the life and political career of the beloved Indian leader who was not only a politician but also a poet, gentleman, and statesman.

"I have got the opportunity to portray a great personality like Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee ji, and I hope to do justice to this great persona!" wrote Pankaj Tripathi as he shared the pictures of shoot on his social media.

Directed by National Award-Winning Director Ravi Jadhav, "Main ATAL Hoon" stars Pankaj Tripathi as Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee, the three-time Prime Minister of India. The film is written by Rishi Virmani and Ravi Jadhav, with music by Salim-Sulaiman and lyrics by Manoj Muntashir.

"Main ATAL Hoon" is presented by Bhanushali Studios Limited and Legend Studios, and produced by Vinod Bhanushali, Sandeep Singh, Sam Khan, and Kamlesh Bhanushali, with co-producers Bhavesh Bhanushali, Ishaan Dutta, Zeeshan Ahmad, and Shivv Sharma. The film is set to release in theaters in December 2023.
