Post breakup Sidharth Malholtra opens up about his bond with Alia Bhatt

New Delhi : The ex-love story of Alia Bhatt and Siddharth Malhotra is not hidden to anyone. The B-town once was painted with their deep love until thing changed and Alia found love in Ranbir Kapoor. The Karan Johar's students broke up and no reason was revealed behind their split. But now, Sidharth opens up about Alia Bhatt and how important bond he shares with Alia.

Where Alia moved toward Ranbir Kapoor, Sidharth has been linked with actress Kiara Advani. The ex-couple underwent separation last year, though they have never admitted to being in love relationship. Finally, Sidharth broke his silence and in an interview, he said, " "We started our journey together, we have done two films. Varun, Alia and I have a deep connect. We've shared many emotions and experiences together. So the bond will always remain."

To recall, Alia and Sidharth began their Bollywood career together with Karan Johar's Student Of The Year. But after SOTY, the team never got a chance to work together in a film. "People keep telling us that we should do a film together. But let's see. It's a matter of us getting the right script and a director like Karan Johar. Because only he can manage that. But now he's doing Takht. Everyone is busy with their own journeys," added Sidharth

On the work front, Alia is currently busy with Brahmastra. While, Sidharth is busy shooting for Jabariya Jodi with Parineeti Chopra.
