Mumbai : Actress Rhea Chakraborty, who is the center of the investigations in Sushant Singh Rajput murder case, has posted a video on her instagram page, showing her father getting mobbed by the media persons in her building compound. The actor has sought protection for her and her family from Mumbai Police.

"This is inside my building compound, The man in this video is my father Indrajit Chakraborty (retired army officer). We have been trying to get out of our house to cooperate with ED , CBI and various investigation authorities to cooperate," Ms Chakraborty wrote, along with the video shot from what appears to be a grilled window upstairs.

In the video, the man in white shirt can be seen getting off from the car as he gets chased by the media people. The man can be seen rushing inside the building.

Another reason to worry is that no social distancing and other major measures were being followed by the people.

"There is a threat to my life and my family's life," Ms Chakraborty, 28, wrote, adding that the family has not received help from the police.

Soon after her appeal was noticed on the social media platform, the policemen were posted outside her house.

Earlier today, her brother was questioned by the CBI at DRDO office in Mumbai.
