Rhea Chakraborty’s call log under CBI's radar, show multiple calls to ‘AU’
Mumbai : Actor Rhea Chakraborty’s call log record has come under CBI’s eye. The call log shows that Rhea Chakraborty made multiple calls to an unknown person with ‘AU’ initial.
According to a report in Times Now, Chakraborty received 17 calls from ‘AU’ and made 44 calls to the unknown person. One of the calls was made on June 13, a day before Sushant Singh Rajput’s death and another on June 15.
Rhea’s call log further revealed that the Rhea after June 8 was in touch with filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt, data report also revealed that she had asked for help from a famous Bollywood director to get a number of a journalist who could do positive stories about the actress.
Rhea has been accused of abetting Rajput's alleged suicide. The actress on Monday filed a fresh plea in the Supreme Court complaining about unfair media trial and attempts to pronounce her guilty for the death of the actor.
She had earlier filed a petition in the Supreme Court seeking transfer of a police case against her by Rajput’s father from the Bihar police to the Mumbai police. The apex court is scheduled to hear the plea tomorrow.
In her 11-page affidavit, Chakraborty said that she should not be made scapegoat of political agendas in the Rajput's death case.
Sushant Singh Rajput was found hanging at his apartment in suburban Bandra in Mumbai on June 14.
