Taapsee Pannu 'reporting on duty' for 'Mission Mangal'

New Delhi : After proving her mettle with hits like Manmarziyaan and Mulk, Taapsee Pannu has moved on to her new project 'Mission Mangal' starring Akshay Kumar, Sonakshi Sinha, Vidya Balan, Sharman Joshi, Kirti Kulhari and Nithya Menen in crucial roles.

Taapsee Pannu shared an image on social media platform Instagram. Clad in a yellow saree, she can be seen reading some notes. The actress captioned the image as "Kritika Agarwal, Navigation and Communication Department, reporting on duty ".

Akshay Kumar had announced about the film couple of weeks back with a group picture showing the cast of the movie. He had captioned the picture as "Proud and excited to bring the story of India’s Mars Mission, #MissionMangal to you. Coincidentally the mission was launched on this very date, 5th Nov. 2013. Meet the team and do share your best wishes for our shubh mangal journey. Shoot begins soon @foxstarhindi."

'Mission Mangal' is expected to hit the silver screens on Independence Day 2019.
