'The Accidental Prime Minister' trailer goes missing, Anupam Kher questions YouTube

New Delhi : A trailer of Anupam Kher's upcoming movie 'The Accidental Prime Minister' has gone missing from the YouTube. The actor has raised his concerns by posting several screenshots, asking YouTube a reason behind it.

The makers of the film had released the trailer a couple of days back and it was on the No.1 spot on YouTube trends. Kher has also expressed that in most parts of the country, the video is either invisible or at the 50th position.

Sharing his concern on the social media, Anupam Kher posted, “Dear @YouTube!!! I am getting messages & calls that in parts of our country if you type, trailer of #TheAccidentalPrimeMinister, it is either not appearing or at 50th position. We were trending at No.1 yday. Please help. #HappyNewYear. #37millionviews https://youtu.be/q6a7YHDK-ik (sic)"

The Accidental Prime Minister is celluloid adaptation of Sanjaya Baru’s book by the same name. The film stars German actor Suzanne Bernert in the role of UPA Chief, Sonia Gandhi, Lipstick Under My Burkha actress Aahana Kumra as Priyanka Gandhi and Arjun Mathur as Congress President Rahul Gandhi.

Directed by debutant Vijay Ratnakar Gutte, the film has been slated to hit the silver screens on January 11.
