Vicky Kaushal explains encounter with sleep paralysis

New Delhi : Actor Vicky Kaushal is interacting with his fans and followers in different ways from his home in Mumbai during lockdown.

Recently, he conducted an interactive session on the social media app Instagram. Replying to a query posted by one of his fans over ghosts, he mentioned about his encounter with sleep paralysis.

"I have experienced sleep paralysis couple of times. It's damn scary," he wrote.

Sleep paralysis is a medical condition where a person, on waking up from sleep, experiences temporary inability to move or speak.

He also mentioned that watching horror movies makes him feel very scared.

What makes his response interesting is the fact that he recently acted in the horror film, "Bhoot Part One: The Haunted Ship". The film did not manage to perform well on the Box Office.
