Virat Kohli played his remarkable knock despite being sick, reveals Anushka Sharma

New Delhi : Actress Anushka Sharma has revealed that Virat Kohli, who played his remarkable knock off 186 runs against Australia on the Day 4, was sick on the day as he went on field and the gesture is an inspiration for her.

Sharing the update on Instagram, Anushka shared a BCCI video on her story featuring Virat Kohli and wrote: "Playing through sickness with this composure. Inspiring me Always." Well, Virat Kohli was also seen kissing his wedding ring in a sweet gesture to his wife after his ton.

Virat Kohli had scored 186 runs in 364 balls that included 15 boundaries and helped India finished their first innings at 571 run. India had taken a lead of 91 runs against Australia, who had scored 480 runs in their first innings.

However, the game ended in a draw but Virat Kohli’s innings played a crucial role in averting defeat against Australia in the 4th and final Test match of the Border Gavaskar Trophy.

India has managed to win the series to win 2-1 against Australia. And they have also qualified for the World Test Championship finals as New Zealand has beaten Sri Lanka in another Test series.
