Fast and Furious 9 (F9) gets new release date
New Delhi : Fast and Furious 9 release date has been postponed by nothing less than a year amid rising concerns over the coronavirus pandemic in the US and across the world.
Earlier, the movie was scheduled to release in 2020, but with the continuous lockdown in several nations, the movie theatres are closed and getting dusted for coming few days or weeks. The COVID-19 pandemic has been the leading source of many movies’ launches getting delayed.
The makers had released the trailer of the movie in January 2020.
Fast 9 trailer shows Vin Diesel‘s Dom Toretto squaring off against his brother, played by John Cena, who gets some help from the Fate of the Furious villain Cipher (played by Charlize Theron). Meanwhile, the makers have injected an intense family connection to the movie.
The movie has gone bigger…faster…better with the new edition, bigger in terms of the characters and their attached stories, faster in terms of cars showcasing a rocket car and better as they have presented a magnet plane saving the lives.
The trailer looks right on spot and visually more appealing than Fate and Furious.
The movie has been directed by Justice Lin, who is known for giving the best Fast 5 of the series. He is expected to recreate the magic with Fast 9.
