- If compared to first part, movie presents a relatively less interesting story
- Though second part definitely wins heart with unmatched action
- Kareena Kapoor did not get much to show her sheer talent
- Songs disappoint and give no reason to stick on them
- Rohit Shetty has done a tremendous job in presenting the action sequences
- The film is packaged with ultimate dialogues like… Sher Atank Machata Hai lekin Jakhmi Sher Tabahi, Aata Sairen Bjaela, Daya Darwaza Todd.
