Singer Babul Supriyo took his dog in train to get network connectivity

Kolkata : Union Minister and Indian playback singer Babul Supriyo gave a punch to the mobile network provider Vodafone over poor connectivity. He decided to troll Vodafone with a photo of their brand ambassador: a pug.

Recently, during his travel in a Rajdhani train, he took his dog on board, telling that it would boost his phone's netwok. The MoS for Heavy Industries and Public Enterprisesshared two photos of his adorable pooch, and said, “I took my Puggie Eddie with me on Rajdhani hoping Vodafone network would follow him through the journey — after all, he is their Brand Ambassador that’s what they claim in their commercials!! [sic]”.

But, his attempt to get fast phone network proved to be futile. The MP from West Bengal tweeted, “Alas, it didn’t help a bit”.

Supriyo's post is trending and network provider seems to be affected with his jibe. Vodafone replied to his tweet with a standard response. Thanking the minister for his patience, they said they are trying to solve his concern at the earliest.
