Youtuber assault case: Elvish Yadav to be questioned for alleged beating Sagar Thakur

New Delhi : The Gurugram police has issued a notice to Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner Elvish Yadav After a video went viral on social media, showing him assaulting a Delhi-based Youtuber. The cops have asked him to join the interrogation at sector 53 police station on Tuesday.

Delhi-based Youtuber Sagar Thakur has filed a police complaint against Elvish Yadav accusing him of trying to break his spine.

Elvish Yadav has justified his actions via a video on Instagram, where he titled it as "first plan and play victim". He has alleged that Sagar Thakur had first threatened of burning him and his parents alive.

In the viral video, Elvish Yadav can be seen beating up Sagar Thakur at a garment shop. Post this, Sagar Thakur shared a video explaining how he was beaten up and Elvish tried to break his spine. Afterwards, Elvish Yadav explained that he had first invited Mr Thakur to his home on the day of incident. But, he leaked the screenshot of their chat to provoke him and also threatened to harm his family.

They finally met at a garment shop where this incident was pre planned recorded.
