Beyhadh 2: Jennifer Winget injured during shooting

New Delhi : Beyhadh 2 has been getting good response from the audiences as the revenge drama comes with a gripping storyline and powerful performance.

While the makers have been opting to shoot some dangerous sequences, one backfired. In a recent shot, Jennifer Winget got injured as she lost her balance and almost fell from the top floor of an under construction building. Her co-star Shivin who tried to save her life was also injured in the accident.

The incident happened when lift on which Jennifer Winget was shooting dropped from the top floor. Her harness got stuck in the lift and she started getting dragged with it. Shivin came to her rescue and saved her from falling. In the course, he received some injuries and Jennifer also got some bruises on the skin.

However, despite the accident, the two actors continued shooting for the show.

Recalling the terrifying incident, Shivin stated, “Our first shoot together was an outdoor shoot at a construction site and I was quite excited. The sequence was one where Jennifer was supposed to be in a lift. While performing such stunt sequences, the production takes utmost care of the artists and even Jennifer had her harness and other safety gear on but unfortunately her harness got stuck and she was about to get dragged with the lift from top floor when I instantly reached out for her and grabbed her. In the course of saving her, I injured myself and my hand got hurt and she got a few bruises here and there and both of us were terrified.”
