Bigg Boss 11: Like caged animals, the contestants served to fans in a mall

Mumbai : Bigg Boss 11 contestants were presented to the audiences in a mall in a cage like setup to give them a reality check of their popularity.

The activity set an example of how an unmanaged event can turn disastrous.

Bigg Boss 11 finalists - Shilpa Shinde, Hina Khan, Vikas Gupta, Luv Tyagi, Akash Dadlani and Puneesh Sharma - were left to the fans in a mall locked inside a cage.

The area became overcrowded within minutes and some fans with a desire to touch their favourite contestant made the situation worse. The security was definitely not adequate as one of them got really close to Hina Khan and pulled her hair.

The event has posted a big question on mindset of the organisers? Isn’t this obvious that a celebrity in public will end up pulling crowd towards him/her.

The crowd later turned more undisciplined and the contestants were out of the mall before anything untoward could happen.

No comments have come from the show organisers on the whole incident.
