Munawar Faruqui wins Lock Upp, gets trophy from Kangana Ranaut

New Delhi : After the grand finale of reality TV show Lock Upp, Munawar Faruqui was declared winner of the show and was handed trophy by the host Kangana Ranaut.

He was among the favourites to win the show as he was up against Payal Rohatgi and Anjali Arora. He received more than 18 lakh votes in his favour; but the road to victory was not that easy.

Kangana Ranaut played her trump card and said that even though he has received the most votes among the finalists, the final decision on his victory will be hers.

As he has won the game, he will be taking home the prestigious trophy and also Rs 20 lakh cash prize and a brand new car. Payal Rohatgi and Anjali Arora were announced as the first and second runner-up, respectively.
