Sajan re phir jhooth mat bolo goes off-air

New Delhi : The famous television show "Sajan Re Phir Jhooth Mat Bolo" has gone off-air from SAB TV; the last episode of the show was telecasted on September 14, 2018.

Ending abruptly, the show has been taken off due to work overload on the production house. Recently, the time slot for the show was changed from 9:00 pm to 10:30 pm after new show Aladdin was launched.

A person close to the show had confirmed earlier that the set has been demolished and space is being utilised for another TV serial. "The shooting for the show also ended about a month back", source added.

'Sajan Re Phir Jhooth Mat Bolo' is second most watched show on SAB TV after 'Tarak Mehta Ka Ooltaah Chashma'. The decision to shut down the show is because its production house 'Optymistix' does not have enough staff to handle many big shows together with their upcoming 'Comedy Circus'.

'Sajan Re Phir Jhoot Mat Bolo', sequel to 'Sajan Re Jhoot Mat Bolo' presented Hussain Kuwajerwala and Parvati Vaze in the lead roles.
