Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma: Dayaben aka Disha Vakani finally to return on the TV show

New Delhi : After months of speculations, Disha Vakani aka Dayaben's return to the famous TV show Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma has been confirmed for the Navratri special episodes.

The development comes via an entertainment portal, neither Disha nor the show makers have confirmed it.

A report in Spotboye suggests that Disha and producer Asit Modi have finally sorted out their differences and our original Dayaben has agreed to come on board once again.

Disha had left the show two years back after she got pregnant. However, it was expected that she would return on the show after a short interval of time but that never happened. Some news reports even claimed that the producers had started looking for her replacement as she was keen on focusing on the child and was not agreeing to return to the hectic shooting schedule.

In fact, after a long wait, producer Asit Modi even announced that the team was actively looking out for Disha’s replacement and the auditions were taking place.

Now, seems like there’s no need for any replacement as the real and one and only Dayaben is returning to entertain the viewers of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah. Her fascination with Garba and Navratri celebrations are known by all, therefore, it would be interesting to see how and when the actor makes a stunning comeback in Gokhuldham.
