The Kapil Sharma Show: Archana Puran Singh's selfie confirms Navjot Singh Sidhu's exit

New Delhi : Archana Puran Singh shared a selfie with comedian Kapil Sharma, confirming that she has replaced Navjot Singh Sindhu on the show after latter's comment on the Pulwama attack. She captioned the picture as 'celebrating old association and new beginnings.'

"On the set tonight with Kapil... great shoot with the king of comedy @KapilSharmaK9. Took a selfie break to celebrate old associations and new beginnings! @SonyTV #KapilSharmaShow #shooting #actorslife," she wrote on Twitter.

According to a news report, Navjot Singh Sidhu's resignation has been put on hold for some time, making probable chances of his return on the show after the matter cools down.

Sidhu's controversial comment on Pulwama 

"For a handful of people, can you blame the entire nation and can you blame an individual? It (the attack) is a cowardly act and I condemn it firmly. Violence is always condemnable and those who did it must be punished," Sidhu was quoted as saying.
