Uttar Pradesh lesbian couple kills mother with iron rod, police arrest the accused
Gaziabad : Shocking news reveals that a 21-year-old woman has killed her mother as she was objected to keep lesbian relationship with her teacher. The Uttar Pradesh Police has arrested the daughter and has registered a murder case against the accused.
It was on March 9, when the accused Rashmi Rana's father Satish Kumar lodged an FIR at Kavi Nagar police station against his daughter and her teacher Nisha Gautama for hitting his wife Pushpa Devi with an iron rod which later caused her death.
After battering mother, daughter eloped with her partner Nisha Gautama. Police launched a search operation and arrested the lesbian couple from Ghaziabad railway station on April 3, 2018.
During interrogation, Rashmi confessed that her mother opposed the union and constantly tortured her over it. "Fed up with the objections, Rana and her teacher killed Pushpa Devi by battering her with an iron rod who died due to serious head injuries," said SP City Akash Tomar.
The deceased husband, Satish, was not in the house during the incident took place. "The duo has been sent to jail," said Tomar.
The entire region is in shock after they came across the incident. Rashmi’s act of killing her own mother has raised questions about mother-daughter relationship.
