New Delhi : In the upcoming Winter Session of the parliament, 1 Bill will be brought to repeal the three contentious farm laws, the approval for the bill is awaited from the Prime Minister's Office, said a report quoting government sources on Monday. 

According to the report, the Agriculture Ministry is also working on whether the Minimum Support Price (MSP) issue should be addressed as guidelines or in a statutory form as the farmers have been demanding. 

The proposed Bill will ensure that all boards which were constituted for the three farm laws remains shut, and all decisions taken by them will be null and void.

During a public address on Gurpurab, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had announced that the three farm laws will be repealed in the coming winter session. He had urged farmers to go back to their homes and start a fresh on the occasion.

"We haven't been able to explain to our farmers. This is not a time to blame anyone. I want to tell you that we have taken the farm laws back," the Prime Minister had said, urging farmers to return to their homes and fields.

Meanwhile, the farmers have refused to go back till the repeal process is completed and their another demand of guaranteed MSP is fulfilled.
