After Kathua Police Station, militants target Army camp in Samba

Jammu : Militants open fired at an Army camp on Saturday morning

One civilian was reportedly hurt during the clash and was moved to a nearby hospital

Army camp is located on Jammu-Pathankot highway in Samba district of Jammu and Kashmir

The firing took place early in the morning at around 5:50 AM

The suspected militants also lobbed grenades at an Army 663 company unit of ASC at the Buchri belt of Meshwara area of Samba

The area has been cordoned off as a precautionary measure

Jammu-Pathankot Highway has also been closed for vehicular traffic

Dressed as Army men Fidayeen militants had attacked Kathua Police Station yesterday

Three security personnel and two civilians had lost lives in yesterday’s battle.
