Centre releases list of Padma awardees, unsung heroes roars loud this time
New Delhi : The Centre on Wednesday released list of Padma Awardees for their valuable contribution in India's growth. The list includes big names like chef Sanjeev Kapoor, singers Kailash Kher, Anuradha Paudwal, Cricketer Virat kohli, wrestler Sakshi Malik and gymnast Dipa Karmakar.
Interestingly, this time the list of awardees has been studded the names of many "unsung heroes". This year, the Padma awards will be given out to 120 distinguished personalities for their achievements in different fields.
