Couple caught screaming on a police officer, apologizes later

Mumbai : Misbehaving with an on-duty police official after violating traffic rules can land you in big trouble. An incident from Thane is a perfect example of this.

A video on social media went viral showing a couple screaming on a police constable in Thane after their car was towed for illegal parking on Mira road. The couple has been identified as Amar Singh along with his wife Meena Singh; they were seen misbehaving and even threatening the police officer.

After the police officer wheel locked their car, the couple threatened to tear off his uniform. On the other hand, the police officer remained calm and did not retaliate.

Soon after the video of the incident went viral on social media, the couple was booked by the police. "We have registered a case against two persons for misbehaving with on-duty Traffic police personnel under relevant sections of the IPC," said Police.

However, after arriving at the police station, the man was seen apologizing and crying in regret to his actions.

As responsible citizen, we all must follow the rules and in case you break any unknowingly, you should pay the fine and resolve the matter. Threatening any official cannot be a solution.
