Delhi Election 2020: Congress releases list of 7 candidates, Romesh Sabharwal pitched against Arvind Kejriwal
New Delhi : Congress has pitched Romesh Sabharwal against the current Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal for the upcoming assembly election fight for New Delhi constituency. The party also released the names of its 6 candidates.

As mentioned in the list released, Raminder Singh to contest from Tilak Nagar, Rocky Tuseed from Rajinder Nagar, Ramesh Sabharwal from New Delhi, Pramod Kumar Yadav from Badarpur, Amareesh Goutham from Kondli, Bhisam Sharma from Ghonda and Arbind Singh from Karawal Nagar.
On January 18, Congress had released the list of 54 candidates who will be trying their fate to revive Congress in the national capital in the upcoming Assembly Election 2020.
Earlier, Election Commission had fixed February 8 as the election date and February 11 as the result date.
Meanwhile, Bharatiya Janata Party is yet to announce its candidate who will be taking the battle against strong candidate and Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal on the New Delhi constituency.
