New Delhi : On the commemorative occasion of the death anniversary of former Chief Minister Mrs. Sheila Dikshit, who laid the foundation for Delhi’s modern transformation, citizens and social organizations across the capital paid heartfelt tributes in remembrance of her visionary leadership and unparalleled contributions to the city’s progress.
