Farcical claims: Pakistan rejects India's surgical strike video

New Delhi : Pakistan on Thursday rejected a 2016 surgical strike video by Indian Army that is being circulated in the Indian media, calling it as 'farcical' claims.

Indian TV channels were broadcasting the video reportedly of the surgical strikes which were carried out on terror launch pads across the border in September, 2016.

Reacting sharply to the video, Pakistan Foreign Office spokesman Mohammad Faisal said, “I have said it before and will say it again. The farcical claims of surgical strikes is a figment of Indian imagination and nothing else! They may dream on”.

India had carried a surgical strike in 2016 where 36 militants were killed in the region near Indian borders.
