New Delhi : Deputy superintendent of Haryana Police has brutally crushed by a dumper truck on Tuesday as he along with his team tried to stop the vehicle from an illegal mining site in Nuh.

DSP (Tauru) Surender Singh Bishnoi received a tip about illegal activity and he instantly acted on it to get hold of the mining mafias. He along with his gunmen, ASI and a driver left in Bolero car to the location.

There they spotted a truck that started to make an escape seeing them. It even offloaded the stones mid way to block the police but the experienced cops managed to escape the block and reach the truck.

They asked the truck driver and another man inside the vehicle to surrender; reacting to which the men accelerated the truck towards the police vehicle. While everyone tried to jump off the Bolero car, DSP could not make the safe jump and was moved down by the dumper.

DSP Singh was four months due for his retirement.

Later in the day, the dumper driver and his assistant were arrested from a village in Nuh.
