Has PM Narendra Modi put 200 lives in danger?

New Delhi : Narendra Modi became the first Prime Minister to visit Naxal-hit Chhattisgarh in last three decades. It was him who was the reason behind kidnapping of about 200 villagers on gunpoint. One person was also shot down by the Naxals.
