Indian Air Force begins recruitment process under Agnipath scheme
New Delhi : The recruitment process to induct agniveers in Indian Armed Forces has begun through the Agnipath scheme 2022 from June 24, 2022.
The candidates who are interested in joining the Indian Armed Forces under this scheme can apply online via careerindianairforce.cdac.in. It must be noted that the candidate must fulfill the eligibility criteria to ensure selection.
As per official notification, the registration process will began on Friday (June 24) and will continue till July 5. The online examination will be held on July 24.
The first batch of Agniveers would be enrolled by December and training would commence by December 30.

Eligibility criteria Indian Air Force Recruitment 2022
The applicant should have Class 10th or matriculation passing certificate, intermediate or 10+2 or equivalent mark sheet or 3 Yrs Engineering Diploma Final Year Mark sheet and Matriculation mark sheet or 2 years Vocational course mark sheet and marks sheets of non-vocational.
Age Limit
The candidate’s age should be between 17.5 years to 21 years. That means the candidates should born between 29th December 1999 and 29th June 2005 (both days inclusive) are eligible to apply. In case, a candidate clears all the stages of the Selection Procedure, then the upper age limit as on date of enrollment is 23 years,” said the IAF notification.
Application Fees
The candidate would require to submit a fees of Rs 250 via Debit Cards/ Credit Cards/Internet Banking.
