Chennai : Firstly, it is rare to see women in India going for a dive and now imagine the same with women in saree and if this is not thrilling enough then imagine the saree clad dive by senior women. And now, let us tell you that all this imagination has become a reality in Tamil Nadu.

IAS officer Supriya Sahu shared a 20-second video on social media, showcasing how a bunch of senior women are taking a dive in river is at Kallidaikurichi in Tamil Nadu. The women can be seen wearing sarees and as per Sahu, this is a regular affaire by the women.

"Awestruck to watch these sari clad senior women effortlessly diving in river Tamirabarni at Kallidaikurichi in Tamil Nadu. I am told they are adept at it as it is a regular affair. Absolutely inspiring," reads the caption of the post.
