Kurukshetra to host ‘Naveen AVSAR’ Farmers’ Conclave under leadership of MP Naveen Jindal

New Delhi : The three-day ‘Naveen AVSAR Farmers’ Conclave, aimed at empowering farmers and promoting a self-reliant rural India, will be held from May 9 to 11 at Kurukshetra University. The Naveen Jindal Foundation, in collaboration with IRMA ISEED FOUNDATION, is organizing the conclave, which will witness the enthusiastic participation from across the Kurukshetra parliamentary constituency.
Under MP Naveen Jindal's leadership, the initiative is designed to equip farmers with cutting-edge knowledge, tools, and opportunities in agriculture. From new-age agri-technologies and sustainable farming practices to startup incubation and rural entrepreneurship, the conclave will offer a diverse range of insights.
“Naveen AVSAR is a platform to celebrate and empower our farmers. The aim is to connect them with the best of innovation, policy support, and market opportunities to enhance income and employment across rural Haryana,” said MP Naveen Jindal.
Rahul Dhingra, organiser of the initiative, added, “This is a positive step toward agricultural advancement. With participation from experts, institutions, and progressive farmers, we aim to build lasting capabilities for the farming community of Kurukshetra and surrounding regions.”
Key sessions at the conclave will include natural farming, the PM-FME scheme, pest management and biological controls, FPO schemes, go-to-market strategies, loans and subsidies, dairy sector challenges, seed and license guidance, dealership processes, export opportunities, and the use of digital platforms.
The event will also honour progressive farmers from the region and showcase their journeys as success stories to inspire others.
