Mowgli in real life: A UP girl found living with monkeys in forest
Lucknow : Real life Mowgli found; and she is a girl. The mysterious little teenager has been rescued by Uttar Pradesh Police from a forest in Katarniaghat of Bahraich. The girl neither speaks any of the human languages nor act like humans.

The girl was spotted living with the monkeys in the Motipur range of Katarniaghat wildlife sanctuary.
Sub-inspector Suresh Yadav took it as his responsibility and made a rescue team to bring the girl back from jungle.
The rescue operation was not an easy task for them; they had to face deadly attack from monkeys and also retaliation from the girl herself.
With scratches all over and never-ending courage the rescue team successfully managed to pull out girl from the jungle; now she has been admitted to a district hospital for the treatment.
Doctors who are treating her have claimed that she had been living with monkeys for over two-month long period. They added that she sometimes turns violent and gets scared when someone goes near her.
"The girl was found two months ago, eats and walks like animals, and runs away on seeing humans," a news portal quotes Chief Medical Officer D K Singh.
"She has marks on her skin, looks like she has lived with animals for quite some time. Now she is better and healthy, showing improvement," added the CMO.
