No chaiwala wants his son to become a chaiwala: PM Modi in Ayodhya

Ayodhya : Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday addressed a rally in Uttar Pradesh's Ayodhya. Talking about his party's agenda to uplift the poor living in our country, he said, 'no chaiwala wants his son to become a chaiwala'.

He went on to add, “Koi gareeb apne bachche ko gareeb nahi dekhna chahta. Koi chaiwala ye nahi sochta ki uska bachcha bada ho kar chaiwala bane. Koi rehdiwala ye nahi sochta ki uska bachha bada hokar rehdi chalaye. Koi sabzi bechne wali ye nahi sochti ki uska bachha bada hokar sabzi beche. (No poor wants or thinks that his child should sell tea, vegetables or become a vendor when he/she comes of age).”

He added, “I understand the pain of the poor people, I understand their illness. To fight this, I have introduced the Ayushman Scheme.”

In another rally at Ambedkar Nagar, he attacked BSP supremo Mayawati, saying that she used the name of BR Ambedkar to fetch the votes but did everything opposite to his principals.

Hitting out at Congress, he said all the three parties– BSP, SP and the grand old party — sailed in the same boat. “Be it SP, BSP or Congress, it’s necessary to know their reality, ” he said.
