PM Modi missing along with vaccines, oxygen: Rahul Gandhi

New Delhi : Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Thursday launched a fresh attack on Prime Minister Narendra Modi, saying that he is missing along with vaccines, oxygen and medicines during the COVID-19 pandemic; only thing visible is the Central vista program and its photos.

He has been blaming the Central government for failing to handle the second wave of coronavirus in the nation, that led to shortage of vaccines, oxygen, ICU beds and medicines.

"The Prime Minister is also missing, along with vaccines, oxygen and medicines. All that remain are the central vista project, GST on medicines and the Prime Minister's photos here and there," Rahul Gandhi said in a tweet in Hindi.

Congress spokesperson attacked BJP over dead bodies found in river Ganga in UP and Bihar.

"What time has come in this New India that even dead bodies floating in rivers are not visible to the government. Shame...," he said in a tweet in Hindi, while citing a news report about the bodies being buried in sand in Uttar Pradesh's Unnao.

On Thursday, India registered 3,62,727 new cases, taking total tally of coronavirus to 2,37,03,665. 4,120 people lost their lives in last 24 hours.
