New Delhi : The Supreme Court will be hearing a plea against Nirav Modi, who is a prime accused in PNB loan default case, on February 23.

The plea was filed by lawyer Vineet Dhanda. In his PIL, he has sought action against the PNB top officials involved in the alleged 11300 crore fraud.

In the petition he has also asked Finance Ministry and Reserve Bank of India to frame strict guidelines for grant of loans above Rs 10 crores.
