Rahul Gandhi congratulates Kejriwal after AAP wins Delhi Polls

New Delhi : Former Congress chief Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday congratulated Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal after Aam Aadmi Party registered a thumping win in the Delhi Assembly Election.

"My best wishes and congratulations to Mr (Arvind) Kejriwal and the AAP on winning the Delhi Assembly elections," Gandhi tweeted.

By the time of Rahul Gandhi's tweet, AAP had won 37 seats and was leading on 25 other seats.

Meanwhile, Congress failed to open an account and did not score any seat this time as well.

The counting of votes started at 8 am on Tuesday at 21 designated centres amid tight security.
