Ryan school murder case: Bus conductor's family to file case against Gurugram Police
New Delhi : A day after CBI found out that Pradyuman was killed by one of his seniors from the same school; the bus conductor's family has decided to file a complaint against Gurugram Police officers who framed the bus conductor as main culprit in the first investigation.
"Now it is almost clear that my son Ashok was framed and made a scapegoat. We have decided to file a case against Gurgaon Police SIT officers who framed and used torture and even drugged him to confess before the media that he had committed the crime," said Ashok's father Amirchand.
He also mentioned that the villagers have lent their support and have agreed to fight for justice.
In a mind-boggling twist to the Pradyuman murder case, CBI on Wednesday announced that they have apprehended a senior student of Ryan International School on Tuesday night in connection with the murder, rejecting that Pradyuman was killed or sexually harassed by the bus conductor. The CBI has said that there was no evidence against Mr Kumar so far. Opposition party also attacked the BJP government and Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar over the "shoddy" police probe.
