  • Satyam Fradu case trial came to an end after the court announced 7 years in jail verdict for Raju and also a fine of Rs 5 crore

  • The case that included more that Rs 7000 cr in scam came to an end after special CBI court pronounced its verdict

  • Other eight also received an identical punishment of 7 years in jail and Rs25 Lakh as fine

He can challenge this decision in the session court, High Court and also Supreme Court

HIS CHANCES TO COME OUT CLEAR

It is very unlikely that he can move free from his case as he had earlier accepted his involvement in the case. Court will also look forward to send a strong message to entrepreneurs who believes in doing a fraud to earn some quick money.

TIME HE WILL SPEND BEHIND BARS

Raju has already spent around 30 months behind the bars and if the decision prevails he will end up staying four and a half year in prison.
