Uber Rape Case: Court finds driver Shiv Kumar guilty

New Delhi : Delhi Court has found Uber driver Shiv Kumar guilty of all charges in 2014 rape case of a woman executive

Quantum of Punishment is likely to be announced on October 23, 2015

He has been convicted under sections related to rape, endangering the life of a woman while raping her, abduction and criminal intimidation

Life imprisonment is likely to be awarded to him

Last year in December, he was accused of raping a 27-year old woman returning home from a dinner party in Gurgaon

The driver was arrested on December 7, 2014 from Mathura and is currently in judicial custody.
