Bhubaneswar : The BJP is ready to showcase his power in BJD-ruled Odisha.  Prime Minister Narendra Modi will arrive in Bhubaneswar around 3.45pm to attend a power-packed BJP national executive meet.

This makes the national executive at Bhubaneswar beginning Saturday as the most power-packed national convention ever for the BJP.

The BJP meeting venue at Janata Maidan, an open field where tents have been raised and air-conditioned make-shift structures created, will be the political capital of the country for the next two days. The BJP has named the conference hall after Santha Kabi Bhima Bhoi, a 19th century poet and philosopher from Odisha.

The meeting is being held for the first time after the recent assembly elections in five states.

The last executive committee meet on January 6, 7 in New Delhi was held in the run up to the assembly polls in five states.
