Narendra Modi first PM whose words do not mean anything, says Rahul Gandhi on Naga Accord

New Delhi : Congress President Rahul Gandhi on Sunday took a jibe at Prime Minister Narendra Modi, saying that his words do not mean anything.
Taking to Twitter, Gandhi tweeted, ''August 2015, Mr Modi claims to create history by signing the NAGA accord. Feb 2018, Naga Accord is still nowhere to be found. Modi ji is the first ever Indian PM whose words don't mean anything. #CantFindTheAccord.''

Signing of the Framework Naga Accord in 2015 between the Centre and NSCN(IM) was seen as a solution to the vexed Naga question. But 3 years down the line there is no clarity on what the framework agreement was.
A major violence had broken out in Assam after a RSS leader had quoted that some districts of the state will be a part of Greater Nagalim.
Post that several Naga groups had raised demands to postpone the state polls to ensure a resolution to the protracted Naga insurgency issue.
11 political parties, including ruling Naga People's Front, and the Bharatiya Janata Party, had issued a joint declaration not to give party tickets or file nominations for the Assembly polls after calls by various tribal groups for a "Solution before Election".
