Income Tax raids on steel traders in Ghaziabad

Ghaziabad : The Income Tax department on Monday raided the business and residential premises of five steel traders here in Uttar Pradesh.

The local police assisted the department in the raids, informed sources said.

One raid took place at Loha Mandi in the Bulandshahr Road industrial area and another at Sector 2 in Raj Nagar.

The raiding team consisted of about 100 officers. They formed 14 teams which collected papers from the premises but didn't disclose details to the media.
