Indian, Pakistan troops exchange fire on LoC

Srinagar : Indian and Pakistan troops exchanged fire on the Line of control (LoC) on Friday in Tangdhar sector of north Kashmir's Kupwara district, official sources said.

Defence sources said Pakistan army resorted to unprovoked firing at Indian posts in Dhani, Sadpora and Amru areas along the LoC in Tangdhar sector today.

"Our positions retaliated effectively and strongly. No casualty or damage was reported from our side", sources said.
